crisis stabilization (CSO)

Franklin Recovery Center

Provides acute treatment/detoxification, serving those 18 years and older who are in their first 5-7 days of recovery. The center has 32 beds and serves both men and women.

Provides Clinical Stabilization Services, a next step in the recovery process for those ready to leave the Franklin Recovery Center.

Clean slate

Addiction is a disease and can be treated. We offer individualized outpatient treatment plans to give you the freedom to walk your own path. Proven medicines such as buprenorphine and naltrexone can help reduce your cravings while we help you build a long term recovery plan. Our care coordination services can help you with support services such as counseling, child care, housing and transportation.

MCSM serves the community through Playgroup, Women’s Center, Family Support Home Visiting, Basic Needs, and Homework Help. MCSM does not discriminate, all programs and services are provided free of charge and open to everyone in the community.
